be easier for me to locate it, and you too may also select desktop as the
destination, then when you click on the destination you want the PDF format to

which you wish to save your document. Then below the name you want to save your
file, there is a small “drop down button”. Click on the drop=down
button then look below the listed options, then you will see “PDF”,
click on the PDF then the drop-down button will automatically disappear. Then
click on Save.
